Caller IG is an example of the kind of app integration possible with the Infoconnect API. This app behaves like a call center app, where customer service reps would get notified as clients call in.

For each call that comes in, detailed information about the company or individual can be pulled from the Infoconnect API and displayed on its own or used to supliment your existing data. This way the rep can better understand the client or be alerted to possible up-sell opportunities that might be related to a company's industry or an individuals likes or preferences.

This app is only a demonstration, and Infoconnect isn't really a source for Caller ID data, but it shows how you might be able to integrate data from Infoconnect in real-time!
